Getting Ready for the Field

Looking a Florida's mangrove communities(see:http://zoomagnet.dadeschools.net/Floridamangrovecommunities.htm) give me some insite to what I might find on the Pacific coast. What I can find in information so far does not talk about the Pacific coast mangrove as an esturary habitat as we do in Florida. I also want to look into our coastal zone management projects since this is what the Mexixan study will grown into.
